    I bought a dishwasher from HV that didnt work on the first day of installation and they replaced it immediately. My son bought a coffee machine that broke down after its stated warranty and it was fixed up. The ACL is very non specific and is really a generalisation to make the bureaucrats feel good. Manufactures give a warranty and it is all ways honoured.
    If you want a extended warranty just pay for it.
    Any way dont blame HV for any product faults they dont make it.
