The report states that there are "two distinct systems in the form of free gas and dissolved gas in water, which is a very encouraging sign" but it's unclear to me whether the free gas can potentially be tapped or not. Even if dissolved gas is commercially viable, environmental concerns with water disposal could be an issue given that this is happening on the peninsula and not in the outback somewhere away from civilization.
