I agree, there is some machinations behind the scenes.
Husic could have either approved to rejected. Husic is not following the normal approval pathway. He has a recommedation from NOPTA to approve.
What does Husic want ? Time until after the election?
Husic has deviated from the process. Is there an example of similar deviation from process?
Husic can simply reject but he has not. Why. I dont know, Husic seems to be the reluctant bride. He does not want to, but he knows he must say yes.
