The reason for it's relatively low Mkt cap probably lies in its failure over many years to come up with a commercially exploitable deposit of either nickel, copper or gold (which they had a fling at a year or so ago). A large and comfortable bank balance courtesy of their last Eloise Royalty was spent on pursuing nothing at all. New management under David Hutton has been showing a few interesting drill results but certainly nothing that would indicate a meaningful resource in either WA or Qld. The current SPP has been accompanied by a flurry of announcements all meant to drum up a bit of excitement but I haven't seen anything yet which might indicate they're on the trail of something useful.
They also promised to release more info from the Altia JV by end November and this hasn't been forthcoming so one has to conclude that BHP may not be proceeding with the balance of the $10 mill. earn in.
