sorry for the new thread and for my technical naivity - but why can’t we just drill now in Alaska? Why the endless waiting time - why can’t an all season drilling platform be built and we just get into it without further delay - every other oiler I’ve ever been invested in when a discovery gets made start producing not long after. Yet with 88e everything seems to take years with endless CR’s being needed to keep the lights on and managements wages paid. I’m only confident about a consolidation if we are producing and making money. Yet if it happens before, all present shareholders will never be locking in any profits on this. Would love to hear from any of the technical experts on this forum - why this winter can’t they build an all year platform, lock in a rig and start producing ??? E.
