Not that uncommon... just had the same shake happen pre-spud on MEO... SP tanked over 20% 10 days prior to spud. Plenty of people want to de-risk prior to spud and hence SP drops..> I don't think the drop will be as severe with BUY as they are not as heavily reliant on PEP 11 as the others. Regardless I wouldn't be surprised to see the SP hang around .010 or a bit lower leading up to spud.
On the upside MEO struck a high pressurized gas zone above the primary drilling spot today and the SP rose nearly 25% in a day...
