As I asked...if there is no conceivable improvement from changing a demonstrably, highly-efficient, all-male fighting force by adding females and... if that act substantially increases the risk of degrading that efficient fighting force...then, why do it?

The only reason is the military, under the influence of the progressives, placed diversity as a higher priority than the military's fighting efficiency...the only mission of the military
