gday ian thx to you n kahuna for enlightenment. you mentioned us coast guard. i posted that decision when it came through regarding bhp. i think that you will find that bhp can take the coast guard (aka uncle sam) to court to force a reversal of the decision because of the fta. unfortunately it can work in both directions
