The whole point was vertical integration and processing this cheap stuff into expensive hydroxide via L-Max.
Without the processing, it's just another heap of lepidolite, which isn't rare or particularly valuable. I believe the Chinese have loads of lepidolite mines, some of which CATL just closed down due to low prices..
