so ..I had a quick chat with Parmjot and McGregor.. yes they are positive about the business and what they have said recently ( have a plan to be able to reach CF Pos without any CR ) and how things are going.. having said this they want more and are working full time on achieving that..

I have had a few meetings with them during this year and they are easy to talk with, are personable and focussed and very much into getting this up and running as we all want.. the product and the business both more than interest them and they are aligned with my big picture for the Co.. that is climbing into the ASX 100.. yes .. that is a while away but they are firmly of the belief of what and where this company can go to.. and are fully committed to getting it there.. its now down to the grind of running it and selling devices ..

part of that conviction they have is evident by their plans that they are already working on to expand uses and markets for SOZO .. complete 180 compared to the previous journey men that we had who had no plans for any of these .. chalk and cheese...

the work that PB and MG have done in the last 6 months is truly astounding.. from a standing start in January, in less than 4 months PB did a full review of the Co, met with customers, prospective customers, KOL's , Centres of influence, large hospital networks and IDN's etc .. from that re-designed and fully changed company staffing and work/sales processes and as they are now running ( all this with a cost reduction of 10% ) , as stated on the Annual call they have a path to CF pos based upon traction with these changes they have implemented.. I overheard someone talking with them briefly about the progress being made and how its all coming together..

this is the first quarter that we get a chance to see what this progress is from all their work.. my take is we have the right people running it.. I know other have different views...
