Look market already buying REIT (DXI, CIP) and other interest rate sensitive stocks without a doubt. My opinion is that RBA won't do anything this month and they will let AUD get stronger to USD allowing inflation cool down on imports. I can already see patrol at servo near my home is below $1.6 now a days !
Australian housing market will prevent RBA do anything on reduction of interest rates in my opinion.
I have now small parcel of HCW (due to risk I talked above) but making more efforts on OZXX quarterly dividend as their dividend pay-out is Jan, Apr, July, Oct while most quarterly REIT including HCW is Feb, May, Aug & Nov so just having this two covers 8 month income stream ! (obviously most ETF has similar pay-out month as OZXX but they aren't as unique as OZXX .. ).
remaining 4 months are now filled with combination of bank stocks, NHF, ASG and I have two monthly dividend paying JEPI or JPEQ still in watchlist to meet income requirement... !
