It is NOT confirmed that the rig is undamaged yet, the way i read, they have yet to determine if its damaged, read it in context of the whole paragraph!

If this whole situation wasnt so serious, it would be a joke!....another delayed ann 2 mins before the close of todays announcement time frame period 20:28, allowing those "Insiders!!!!" in the know to get out, obviously should of been announced before Open this morning, where is ASIC now?
