Leonard Shelf p/l(teck/xstrata) sell zinc tenements
to MII for 25m mii shares with $5m commitment
on exploration
and then teck sign a j/v with rxl with possible $15m exploration commitment for 75%.
LSPL have a 51% clawback on any new discovery by spending
$20m on develoment and assesment costs but why.
Hopefully some news either way before christmas.
