I get that, but all of those items are one off emergency type items where insurance protects against personal cost blow outs. Insurance companies would have all the data about calculated likelyhood of emergency vs demographic insured, hence all the questions when you join a policy.
This product is likely to be an ongoing treatment and I won't be surprised if a cap will be placed on the number of orders or spend. A near guaranteed spend per patient, that is higher than their premium is not likely going to excite insurance companies.
