With further research, this resignation doesn't look good.
From the Board - according to the Annual Report - David Richardson has the second largest share interest in AGC - around 5.8 million shares.
Glen Diemar has approx 344,889 fully paid shares. Andrew McKinnon 23,809.
Clearly, GeoZen have the primary shareholding.
So the AGC founder and second largest holder resigns - with no statement from David Richardson himself.
If there is revenge selling - watch out.
