It does sound like they have done the testing from scratch again and worded it to try and appease the market..
Knowing something went wrong and went back and fixed it is better than telling the market it failed(again).
The delays on testing the finished product is not normal, something imho was amiss and everyone has got together to fix it.
If this approach ultimately turns out to fail there will be an exit by many that will lose the trust of the BoD completly, it is already hanging by a thread...
But if they have taken this approach to fix it all up and it works then the delay will be a short lived pain..
A shxt show for over 2 yrs, i will give them the benefit of a few more weeks, the market will not take too much more.
