What I find surprising about the Makuutu LML is that the source of all News and Verbosity on this forum has not been able to get a copy of it to post here, One would assume that it is quite a lengthy document, So it would suite motor mouths agenda down to the tee, enabling him to bury pages of our concerns and comment. every time he repeatedly posted it.
One has to speculate that it might not even exist, given that it is unsearchable on the GOU's registry! and as you say, the Conditions are important as they will directly impact the Projects financial viability. It has been 8 months now, so much for timely disclosure!
