Oh and just in case you missed it, Arcadium's Investor Presentation dropped last night. Their combined average OPEX is about US$6,500 per tonne, so AGY is currently operating at almost triple the cost of the competition. Remember now, Arcadium is the only other ASX listed lithium carbonate producer from brine.
US$6k is your target. Massive increases in scale and efficiency required here, but unfortunately there is no capital to achieve it. Therefore it seems that AGY will be stuck as a marginal, extremely high-cost producer for the foreseeable future, and that's
IF they can even get back into production.
