im out with a small loss at 2.97, after holding for 3 years, i think % rates are going to 8% + eventually, please laugh but there is no way in hell inflation is down and stable, its out of control, do the groceries and pay rent, im basically all in CASH now holding AAA getting 4.3% with no risk waiting for the DOW to crash, if it drops below $2.40 i might take another punt.....
