There a time rule before a T/O can be offered from management buying I think its 6 to 8 weeks.
AGM is late Nov so maybe management are trying to have T/O done before hand if that the agenda of resent trading auction.
Will need a large holder to vote out RH if a T/O doesn't happen beforehand let's hope a large holder blindsight's this management and votes with retail investors RH out..
Only reason i got into TOE is for a T/O, Assets is worth a hell of a lot more than current value..
