I must say I really hate it when I have more shares than any single Director. Where is the confidence? When salaries are worth more than shares, shareholders are in trouble. When directors have some skin in the game they have incentive to create wealth and not just keep Capital Raising to fund Directors fees. I hope I am wrong this time. I watch nervously.
