This is from the '23 anns and 3.3c refers to the sp back then.
They paid 1.3c as stated today. If you read the anns from last year, check the wording regarding terminating the agreement. Both parties can terminate at any time, some fees apply. No way Lind would pay 3.3c when sp hovers at 1.4c.
Av was about 1.5c, 90% would be 1.35c, hence 1.3c.
But you can interpret it as 3.3c if you want. I go with the official price, 1.3c.
