There has got to be a consideration about the buy-out premium on botanix x sofdra - people in the forum are talking about 18-24 months for us to really see what we actually have with sofdra, medtech/pharma co are decades past doing their own R&D and are happy to pay a short-term premium on pre-rev/very-early rev (bot) companies. The question is; who will buy it? I agree with others regarding a 'buy' sentiment; $70M in the kitty will let the team do their thing and allow them adequate runway to shop around for buyout partners. Without the CR, it'd be a different story.
