Did expect some update on new acquisitions but alas no.

with the expected funding increase from feds the returns from a properly managed combo should increase. What will force a sp re rate to a pe of 10+, is intriguing, I expected $1 after the last 5 centre addition, maybe another 5 to 10 would attract some larger super funds, the yield is certainly good, so confidence in continuity of growth also necessary, which i believe is evident just need consistency.

so more news on growth very important to get that buyin from the funds
