When Cromwell were given exclusive rights to look over the books i thought that we might get a little spike which didn't happen
on the CER thread it was said that commercial properties in the US were rising so this could also increase our NTA
How a t/o will effect CNP/CER in the short term i don't know but my gut feeling is we are about to see a re-rating on property values alone
on another point if cromwell lowball an offer and i do say if then there are others waiting in the wings to pitch another offer ie: lend lease consort, Israelis and many other cashed up companies
