I think NKP are in the box seat on this....i also like how they have now aired the implications of the 250M shares too. To my mind, DMR will resolve this quickly.

I dont think there is any issue with Garatau either - unlike some that continually still raise this chestnut (PL was VERY clear there too).

I'd be interestde to see what Xstrata say tonight about any of this - BFS announcement to come soon too.

I have no cause to be too concerned at the minute.....again, i'm aware, but not alarmed. To me, i have no real evidence that suggests i change my investment decision.
