These are all small investors selling, I’m in Aus to see family, people are really struggling here. They amassed huge debt levels after pushing house prices massively higher after Covid, now these are suffering from realistic interest rates. Politicians should be in jail for conning the public into this position,
When I see what is happening to MTH, I have a very small holding, there is money out there for the right opportunity, probably coming from North America.
