Dave what I agree with you is in the first home buyers grant it is wrong. But I still find it hard to comment as how many houses make up the 30%increase do you include units in that 30%. what areas have the extra for sale are they A B.C D owners. Is the increase of for sale due to the lack of migration with less people moving to Perth. Are people migrating back the eastern states or moving to areas near the mines? I am sorry that I have included so many variables.
