NickD003, that is an excellent post and one which should have recieved 30+ thumbs up in my opinion - it made the whole scenario click for me. For PL to write last week "BFS update due out next week" and for only this week to write "BFS due out in short term" means that there is a whole lot more under the surface; meaning that BFS update is likely not to come accross this week. I just emailed PL about this but feel that my answer is already correct.
There is a large amount of risk in this play however it is mitigated. I dont see that ARM and Anglo have a case to go after Garatua - thats just abusing the system. If in fact it is true and they are going after Garatua, it could be another 3-6 months until a court decision is made and in that time Genorah would be much more prepared via consulting with the communities for there even to be a case. It is in my position that NKWE is in a box position, if the shareprice gets hammered in the short term it provides an excellent chance to pick up potentially the worlds 4th largest platinum miner very very cheaply. This is going to be a drawn out process but one that I truly believe NKWE will prosper from.
