it's because they messed up and wanted to get rid of people that criticize them publicly.
they totally mismanaged the business for years and ignored all the warning signs.
management is still the same and there won't be any change while it's obvious how incompetent they are.
it's still a shitshow but the number of shareholders is lower and the remaining ones stay quiet.
