Maybe I am looking to much into the wording of todays TH ann.
But in the request for TH from Landau the sentence: "clarification of purported legal claims, as made by the media" suggests to me that NKP is almost saying these claims are false. I do not use the word "purport" often, but to me the word is usually used in the context of making a false statement. ie. the media are making false (purported)statements. Again it comes down to interpretation I guess, but thats my take on it.
Clarification would be good from the company obviously but I highly doubt that things are dreadfully wrong and NKWE will suddenly be stripped of everything they own - like some are suddenly suggesting.
Who knows maybe NKWE are talking with Anglo as a possible JV partner or a TO.
I look forward to the clarification but holders I would not necessarily be thinking the worst at this stage - I sure am not!
No doubt the company will fight, kick, punch and scream if any legal challenge did come their way in order to protect which at the moment is legally theirs. But I do not see such drastic measures taking place at all...
