Im wondering if they really want to sell. Why couldnt they have just kept trading? They could have said these are the offers we are now going to negotiate. At least we could have got some share price action as the market worked out what the offers were worth. Given some a chance to jump early
I am worried we get another 2 weeks and they'll come back to us and say 'we couldnt come to a fair deal, sale is off.' Only one way for the share price to go then.
I may be too pessemistic but after nearly 7 years Ive had enough. I was only hanging on in the hope of them getting a deal and minimising some losses.
I dont care about their fundamentals any more. I dont have the confidence in them to do anything with the good fundamnetals that they have.
Godd luck to all, I just want this relationship to be over.
