Anglo/ARM have known for how long that X was in the option to JV agreement with NKP?

Really can't see the DMR/SA Govt. supoporting a Anglo/ARM play when the whole reason of the first order/new order regime was to remove vasts tracts of idle land from the majors who were 'land banking' in order to allow development of new projects for the betterment of SA and its people.
