I think the strategy is clear, codan wants to grow using aproven method and commercial attractive acquisitions with proven business model…furthermore and more importantly, they want to be the best in a niche market …. This will form a moat around their business….moving into defence and military is clearly this goalwell done, I like this acquisition….
