firstly - weather pattern in NSW is very encouraging, for a decent harvest.
secondly - on a less positive note, the non-GrainCorp sites are currently (especially in Port Kembla) taking majority of product, And not a small majority either. Despite Graincorp's infrastructure, Qube have made serious bites into the market share.
I can only think of one reason for this - COST - transport + storage + loadout
