That $185 upgrade target will be surpassed very shortly, I seriously think these brokers are way out of their depth here. Not only are they stingy and conservative, their record are not exactly sublime with a 51.2% success rate and a measly 10.8% return for their investors. You’d be better off investing in real estate and get a better return than that. I’m not sure if they really understand the scale of this sector and the total addressable market.
I would actually be pretty peed off if I was their client as I would have lost all those gains in between the upgrades if I sold at all their price targets and bought again when they issue another adjustment.
