Not sure if it applies to directors, but does the block out periods applies to them. If it does, this might mean there won't be substantial news for a while.
Also, from last report Only Nancy and Richard has about 1mil each of shares. So 200K is nothing to crow about. I'm sure some have way more shares then all the boards combined in here. @BENZI @Storm_chasor
