Hi Prhb,
if you look at the ALK Crux interview , it looks like the interviewer is pushing Nic along and helping him / feeling sorry for him as Nic is not doing a good job articulating the story of ALK etc, it has been the same with the last three Crux interviews, and compare this to other companies being interviewed by same guy, its as if he is treating Nic like a little lost boy.
