Not illogical as spock might say - guaranteed arb, but still think be careful of possible scale back (even though SPP is separate to placement I am sure there will be limits placed on overall dollars raised).
Another point: given cash backing (28.5 + 89.1m = 117.6m) and shares on issue (149.5+16.5) current share price is $5.00 for U enrichment, Silex Solar, Solar Systems, Translucent and yes Chronicdisaster ie cash backing is about 70 cents.
