But that sort of cheerful report from RWD , has nothing in it which distinguishes it in any meaningful way from any number of statements , from any number of participants in the WA SOP saga over many years.
The only thing different here is the patent.
But those who have had experience with patents will tell you , a report on patentability just means that no-one else has tried this approach before.
All the rest of the statement above is just waffle.
So , I would concur with Pseudo , as far as RWD is concerned , we have no idea what is going on.
