Are the US likely to put pressure on the DRC? Does the West have much leverage with foreign development aid, or foreign investment that could be held back ? Or is that strategy playing into the hands of the Chinese ?

Clearly the West can’t afford to let the Chinese control the narrative of the downstream lithium, battery and energy market, and it seems to me like this is pretty much on the front line of a geopolitical energy war.

DRC does not appear to take any notice of international courts and international dispute tribunals. Are these courts toothless tigers??? Currently it’s hard to see any positive outcome for us shareholders?

The BoD should be updating shareholders far more often about the state of play, even if there is no progress. Sadly we no longer have ASX disclosure rules to back our demands. I hope the BoD have the next AGM in their minds because a more hostile crowd might greet them in the room.
