You are not declaring yourself as a holder in PTM so must assume by your post you are a Regal holder and something of a fanboy over there.
Well good for you.
The new MD & CEO of PTM, Jeff Peters, may or may not have the wherewithal to turn around PTM. I don't have a crystal ball on that one and I doubt you do either.
Regal has always wanted PTM for quite some time as you would know I guess so its latest offer is not the first time they have made attempts to secure it.
This time the game is a little different so I look forward to seeing how it all plays out.
By the way no-one has mentioned "leverage"...that is mere sales jibber jabber...bit like using words like "synergy" and "co-operative takeover" I love that one.
