From a trading point of view, I have no idea. I have never been a good trader.
From a fundamental point of view, lowering of IR cycle has no impact on the share price vs fundamentals, since CBA is now so over valued, that even interest rate cuts don't justify the share price premium. But this is a fundamental observation, share prices will do what they want, and future share price evolution is NOT dictated only by fundamentals in the short term (only the long term).
Lol a retail bank trading on 3 times book value, this has never been sustainable in Australia's history for retail banks (MOQ is not a retail bank, CBA is)
So in the short term, the market will continue to be a voting machine, in the long term a weighing machine.
So all I can say, is which are you, each individual hotcopper community memember: a) A trader b) An investor
Neither is wrong, each can make money. Just don't confuse the two.
