I agree with your logic but who would accept such a risk knowing the potential consequences if found out? Why would you trust Wikileaks with such information? 20 years in gaol for espionage in the US is a sobering thought. I think it can be a capital crime in some circumsatnces - remember Alger Hiss who got the chair along with his wife back in the 50's for relaseing H bomb secrets?
