Yes, I have done this before -not with Tommy but with Peter Anderton of AAE, Vic Alexander of MSC, and with Danzig's rep in Sydney of SWW - all gave same rosy pictures of the way forward of their companies. They're always ready to grasp your supporting money thru spp and run without even giving the courtesy of an explanation. You cannot bring them to Oz courts because they are in the US (SWW, AAE), China (MSC), NZ (BEI)...
Well, most economical is to move on and claim tax for the capital losses.
