Thankyou Jibby. I may not have got the reasons exactly correct when I alluded to the 3D seismic acquisition but I wasn't too far wrong either. What has happened is, IMHO, shear arrogance from the top people in WDS unless PCL management didn't do some regulatory requirement as well. My thought is that PCL, in the contract, left the planning to WDS and that may have caused confusion which has come back to bite us on the bum. You don't send lawyers to a country unless there is a significant problem to be solved. Maybe Namcor are wanting a penalty ..... maybe an increase in their percentage or an exemption to drilling costs. Thes are just guesses by me !!!
