Charlie, yes, perhaps jumped the gun there. Have since done plenty of reading in an attempt to best make sense of a nonsensical situation.
Sanhe, completely agree. Clarification is required and when I enquired last week, was simply advised that perhaps NAMCOR "are overwhelmed with work load. Plus it's Africa-time." Nonsense and SHs are not being adequately informed imo.
