    Just watching the chart, there is a bullish divergence on the RSI and signs of accumulation in the on balance volume. Doesnt appear to be any sign of off loading. Buyers at this point are passive just waiting to accumulate from the impatient imo. I am waiting to enter myself once a little excitement kicks in
