No sub-underwriting for this one?
Are they confident that they won’t need it? The underwriter is happy to take all the risk? Or they don’t really need the additional $1.03m?
I will be taking up my full entitlement once again, and will very likely apply for additional. Not to mention seeking additional options on market.
