I'm no accountant but perhaps it's a tax right off.
Could very well turn out to be a pleasant surprise but have to wait and see. I contacted Simon at Ionic several months ago and he was aiming for the TSX listing mid year. Has anyone made contact to see how things are going over at Ionic Industries?
I just went through all of Lowell's monthly reports and cannot find anything about them being invested in SER.

It does say in SER's CR announcement in March that they participated in the CR along with Datt Capital. Perhaps they onsold when the share price tripled and ran to 3.5c many moons ago immediately after their investment. They would have made a heap of instant cash.
I know I sold some of my holding too when it did that so I could free carry as it was obvious there was going to be a lull between then and now while we wait for news.
